Learning Goals
Skills you want to develop. These help match you with mentors and relevant resources.
Interests
Topics you care about, even if not an expert. These connect you with like-minded community members.

How It Works
Add Your Learning Goals
In your profile settings, add skills you want to develop under "Capabilities to Build." Be specific about what you want to learn.
See Your Skills Gap
The dashboard shows your learning goals alongside progress indicators and available resources to help you achieve them.
Find Experts & Resources
For each learning goal, you'll see community members who can teach that skill and relevant resources from the community library.
Track Your Progress
As you learn and gain confidence, move skills from "Learning Goals" to "Capabilities" to reflect your growth.
