Integrate Pasifika is a regional knowledge-sharing platform designed for Communities of Practice (COPs) in disaster risk management (DRM) and climate resilience. It is a space where practitioners can exchange knowledge, discuss challenges, and collaborate on solutions. Our aim is to bridge information gaps, strengthen capacity, and ensure that decision-making is based on reliable, shared knowledge.

Integrate Pasifika contributes to increasing Pacific Island Countries' ability to provide technical support for risk-informed decision-making to build resilience to climate change impacts. We aim to build regional and national capacity in technical areas and facilitate peer-to-peer learning and exchange.

Develop a bespoke knowledge platform where countries and partners can share lessons and experiences of using risk information, including work undertaken by participating countries and partners.

Establish communities of practice and support peer-to-peer networks. Our Communities of Practice Roadmap provides a structured means to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
