🎓 Two-Way Mentorship

You can be both a mentor AND a mentee at the same time! Many successful professionals both learn from others and share what they know. This creates a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange.

Mentorship Meeting Formats

Different mentorship arrangements work for different people:

💬

Ad-hoc Q&A

Quick questions via chat when needed. Low commitment, flexible timing.

📅

Scheduled Calls

Regular video or audio calls (weekly/monthly). More structured learning.

📚

Resource Sharing

Mentor shares materials, mentee learns independently with guidance.
