Media Library

The Media Library provides a centralized location to upload, manage, and organize images, videos, and documents for use across your CMS pages.

Supported File Types

Images

Up to 10MB per file

  • • JPEG / JPG
  • • PNG
  • • GIF
  • • WebP
  • • SVG

Videos

Up to 100MB per file

  • • MP4
  • • WebM
  • • OGG
  • • MOV (QuickTime)

Documents

Up to 25MB per file

  • • PDF
  • • Word (DOC, DOCX)
  • • Excel (XLS, XLSX)
  • • PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX)

Uploading Files

There are two ways to upload files to the Media Library:

Drag and Drop

  1. 1. Open the Media Library
  2. 2. Drag files from your computer
  3. 3. Drop them onto the upload zone
  4. 4. Wait for the upload to complete

Click to Browse

  1. 1. Click the "Upload" button or the drop zone
  2. 2. Select files from your computer
  3. 3. Click "Open" to start the upload
  4. 4. Multiple files can be selected at once

Managing Assets

Filtering Assets

Use the filter dropdown to show only specific file types:

  • All types - Show all uploaded files
  • Images - Show only image files
  • Videos - Show only video files
  • Documents - Show only document files

Searching Assets

Use the search box to find files by:

  • • Original file name
  • • Alt text
  • • Caption

Previewing Assets

Click on any asset to open the preview dialog where you can:

  • • View the full-size image or video
  • • Copy the asset URL
  • • Select the asset for use in a block

Deleting Assets

To delete an asset:

  1. 1. Hover over the asset card
  2. 2. Click the red delete button
  3. 3. Confirm the deletion

Using Assets in Pages

After uploading files, use them in your page blocks:

  1. 1. In the Page Builder, select a block that uses images (Hero, Image, Partners, etc.)
  2. 2. In the block editor, paste the image URL from the Media Library
  3. 3. You can copy the URL by clicking "Copy URL" in the asset preview

Asset URLs

All uploaded assets are stored at /uploads/cms/[filename]. These URLs are permanent and can be used anywhere on the platform.

Best Practices

  • • Optimize images before uploading to improve page load times
  • • Use descriptive file names for better organization
  • • Add alt text to images for accessibility
  • • Compress videos before uploading large files
