🎯 For COP Members (All Users)
Viewing Member Directory
- 1. Navigate to your COP → Members tab
- 2. View statistics card at top showing:
- • Total members
- • New members (30 days)
- • Admins/Editors count
- • Active today count
Finding Members
Search Box
Type name, email, title, organization for instant results
Role Filters
Click ALL, OWNER, EDITOR, MEMBER, or VIEWER buttons to filter
Sort Dropdown
Choose Name (A-Z), Recently Joined, or Role hierarchy

👑 For COP Admins/Owners
Managing Member Roles
- 1. Find the role dropdown next to member's name (badge)
- 2. Select new role: Viewer, Member, Editor, or Owner
- 3. Changes save automatically with confirmation
Permission Notes:
- • Only owners/super admins can assign Owner roles
- • Cannot change your own role
- • Original COP owner's role is locked
Inviting Members
Single Invite
- 1. Click "Invite Member" button
- 2. Choose "Single Invite" mode
- 3. Enter email address (required)
- 4. Add recipient name (optional)
- 5. Add custom message (optional)
- 6. Click "Send Email Invitation" or "Generate Invitation Link"
- 7. View pending invitations with "View Pending" button
Bulk Invite (NEW!)
- 1. Click "Invite Member" button
- 2. Choose "Bulk Invite" mode
- 3. Enter emails (comma or line-separated):
[email protected], [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]
- 4. Add custom message (optional - applies to all)
- 5. Review email count
- 6. Click "Send X Invitations"
- 7. Confirmation shows success/failure count
Removing Members
Single Removal
- 1. Find member card
- 2. Click red "Remove" button
- 3. Confirm in dialog
- 4. Member removed with notification
Bulk Removal
- 1. Check boxes next to members to remove
- 2. Use "Select All" for all filtered results
- 3. Floating action bar appears at bottom
- 4. Click "Remove" button
- 5. Confirm bulk removal
- 6. Watch progress as members are removed
Exporting Member Data
Export All Members
Click "Export CSV" button in top-right corner
Export Selected Members
- 1. Select members with checkboxes
- 2. Click "Export" in floating action bar
- 3. CSV downloads with: Name, Email, Role, Join Date, Title, Organization, Location
💡 Tip: Use filters first, then export for specific subsets (e.g., "Export all Viewers")

Grid View (Default)
Multi-column layout: 3 on desktop, 2 on tablet, 1 on mobile
